Common questions

A few things you might ask.

Helpful details before you get in touch.

How do I place an order?

Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with the product, quantity and timing you need. Our team will confirm availability and pricing before an order is arranged.

Can you arrange delivery?

Delivery can be discussed with the farm team. Please share your location and requirements so we can confirm arrangements and any costs.

What piglet breeds are available?

Contact our team to discuss the breeds and piglets currently available. Availability changes, so we confirm details directly.

Is biogas available to buy?

Biogas is under development and is not currently available for sale. Organic fertiliser enquiries are welcome.

Can I visit the farm?

Please contact us before visiting. Access to livestock areas is managed to protect animal health and follow our biosecurity procedures.

Where is the farm?

Royal Baobab Farms is on Sogakope Road, near Sogakope in Ghana’s Volta Region. Find the Google Maps link on our contact page.

How do I apply for a job?

Email your CV to [email protected] and tell us the type of role you are interested in. See our careers page for role requirements.

What should I include in a livestock enquiry?

Tell us whether you need market-ready pigs or piglets, your approximate quantity and preferred timing. Include any size or breeding requirements you want to clarify, and let us know whether you plan to collect or would like to discuss delivery. These details help the team respond with relevant availability and next steps.

How do I get a current price?

Contact the team directly for a quotation based on your requirements and current availability. Confirm what is included, the intended timing and any collection or delivery arrangement before finalising an order. Sending an enquiry through the website starts that discussion; it does not create a confirmed booking.

Who are the farming resources written for?

The fifteen guides focus on modern, sustainable pig farming in Ghana, with wider West African context. They also cover the water, energy, soils and management systems that support a commercial pig unit. Each includes a practical checklist and sources explained by location and applicability. Use the appropriate local adviser for site-specific technical decisions.

How are the Resources images used?

Every Resources image is an AI-generated illustration, not a photograph of Royal Baobab Farms. The illustrations explain farming ideas and do not document facilities or methods installed at our farm. Real farm and team photographs are available in the Our farm and Gallery sections.
