Making resources go further

Organic fertiliser & biogas

Returning value to the soil through more resourceful farming.

Livestock housing at Royal Baobab Farms

Organic fertiliser & biogas

Our organic fertiliser is produced through the farm’s waste management system, turning a byproduct of livestock farming into a resource for the soil.

Organic fertiliser is available for enquiries and orders. Our biogas offering remains under development and is not currently available for sale.

  • Organic fertiliser enquiries welcome
  • Resource-conscious waste management
  • Biogas: under development, not for sale

Put resources to work

Plan the use, as well as the purchase.

Start with the receiving soil

Organic fertiliser enquiries are most useful when we understand the crop, land area and intended timing. Describe whether you are preparing land, maintaining an established crop or considering a trial. Soil conditions and nutrient needs differ, so the quantity used should be based on suitable local advice rather than a general assumption that more material is better.

Ask the practical questions

Confirm current availability, the form of material offered, handling requirements and collection or delivery arrangements with the team. Make room for access, unloading and appropriate storage at the destination. For commercial land management, retain a record of the source, quantity and field receiving the material so it can form part of your wider nutrient plan.

Keep development and availability clear

The farm’s approach is to make better use of resources from livestock production. Organic fertiliser is available for enquiries; biogas remains under development and is not offered for sale. The Resources section explains compost management and crop–livestock integration without treating future plans as completed projects.
